I am a burger wizard.
OK, so I just ate dinner (slider patties, served “neat,” and roasted sprouts with bacon jam). The burgers were the real innovative part.
I stole the basic concept of In-N-Out’s mustard grilled secret menu modifier wherein they cook the burger’s finishing side with mustard for added flavor and a different fond. So I made one like that and one Sriracha grilled.
SRIRACHA GRILLED BURGER. Holy fuck that was great. Top that tasty little sucker with more roostery goodness and we got a winner.
